Morning Session EAC 2006Make plans to attend ECHO's 20th International Agricultural Conference! The event brings together some of the world’s most influential voices dedicated to eradicating hunger and improving lives.

Speakers will share practical solutions to agricultural challenges, personal experiences and strategies for improving the lives of millions who daily face the threat of starvation. The event offers an open exchange of information, connecting the people and ideas that can make a real and sustainable difference.

Conference accommodation and meeting rooms for morning and evening sessions will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel (http://www.cpfortmyers.com/) in the Bell Tower district of Fort Myers. Afternoon workshops and demonstrations will be held at the 50-acre ECHO farm in North Fort Myers, which has one of the largest collections of tropical fruits and vegetables in the Unites States.

It is always a pleasure to work with each of you at the ECHO Agricultural Conference. Please make sure you follow the below guidelines prior to arriving at this year's conference.

  • Please make sure you submit your presentation electronically at least 2 weeks prior to conference kick off. This way we can ensure our Audio and Video equipment will work for your presentation.
  • If you have a requirement for any of the below, we must know 2 weeks before conference kick off
    • Laptops & Projectors will be set up  for Evening Sessions ONLY -- see below for projectors at ECHO.
    • VCR or DVD Player
  • Only two rooms at ECHO’s farm are equipped for PowerPoint presentations. Let us know if you need one of these rooms and we will let you know if we can schedule your workshop where that will be possible.
