Team leader (Central America/Caribbean Regional Impact Team)

ECHO seeks a Team Leader to lead our Central America/Caribbean Regional Impact Team. The Team Leader will be responsible for expanding our network base in the Central America/Caribbean region, provide training and technical support, and follow-up with those who attends our training events. The Team Leader will play a critical role in strategically designing, implementing and effectively executing ECHO’s engagement in the Central America/Caribbean region.

 

volunteer coordinator

ECHO seeks a Volunteer Coordinator to manage our volunteer program. This includes directly managing volunteers, and/or providing guidance, support, resources, and tools to volunteers to ensure a great experience for our staff and visitors. This is a part-time position, requiring about 20-30 hours per week.

 

Hospitality coordinator

ECHO seeks a Hospitality Coordinator to manage our Guest Services department. The Hospitality Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of the hospitality, housing, and food services at our Fort Myers campus, including staff and volunteer training and supervision. Of necessity, this position requires hands-on leadership and initiative in coordinating, delegating, and carrying out of the various departmental duties. This is a part-time position, requiring about 20-30 hours per week.
