On February 22, 2014, ECHO will be hosting our annual Taste the World event, bringing hundreds of guests to Gulf Coast Town Center to mix, mingle and experience sights and sounds from around the world. From 4pm to 7pm at Market Plaza, guests will taste a variety of hors d’oeuvres provided by GCTC restaurants working together to end world hunger.
Created to educate the public of the issues of world hunger, ECHO’s Taste the World event gives the community a chance to come together, enjoy a fun evening out and put their hard-earned resources to work helping the poor, all without leaving the local scene.
In the past two years, this event has doubled in size, and we expect an exciting turn-out this year as well. Marketing for the event last year reached over 26,000 households nationwide through our ECHO News Magazine and email marketing and 143,000 locally through radio, print media, direct mail and email marketing campaigns.
We hope that you will join us as we strive to end hunger worldwide. With your help, hunger is reduced and lives are restored. Thank you for your time.
