What does ECHO look like 7 weeks after the hurricane? [video]

It’s been seven weeks since we met Hurricane Irma. Honestly, it has been an emotionally stressful and physically demanding time and your encouragement has meant so much!  As the weeks of recovery turned into months and the costs mounted, almost 600 people stepped in and provided over $172,000 to cover the expenses to get the ECHO-Florida campus back in working order! That’s cause for huge celebration!

Now, we’re focused on our next training event in ECHO-Florida, the ECHO International Agriculture Conference in two weeks. We’re excited to “pour into” these 200 attendees the lessons learned from the hurricane recovery effort as well as many other best practices for sustainable agriculture. We can’t wait to see how they will multiply what they learn from ECHO to hundreds more.

We are so thankful for you and for the passion that you have for small-scale farming families around the world.

Gratefully,
